Tevent, celebrating Europe’s transport heritage, takes place in Norway every four years, and showcases a wide array of historic ships and vehicles. The Fjordsteam 2022 event was held, against the picturesque backdrop of Bergen’s Inner Harbour and the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Bryggen, and in attendance were 67 historic ships, as well as trams, steam trains, planes, traction engines, buses, classic cars and fire engines in attendance.
The fifth Fjordsteam event, it was attended by an estimated crowd of 150,000, and attracted some of the most significant preserved ships in Europe, many of which were open to visitors who could experience history at first hand by going aboard steamships, as well as seeing vintage planes and historic trams and buses.
