We do this by donating memory boxes to hospital wards and hospices across the UK and Ireland as well as creating family rooms within hospitals to give a private space for families to make precious memories with their babies. In partnership with CHAS, we also provide free bereavement training that is open to health care professionals, students and anyone who supports bereaved families. Tell us about Eden Cottage Yarns… We are a small company producing hand-dyed and mill-dyed yarns in classic shades, along with accompanying original designs. The yarns are dyed in simple but gorgeous colours with an emphasis on sustainability and practicality. Victoria started Eden Cottage yarns after she was unable to find the colours she wanted in yarn shops and experimented with dyeing her own. How I envy confident knitters! People who pick up pattern, needles and yarn, creating something beautiful in a matter of hours. I have yet to reach that stage and at times feel deflated that I am making little progress in my knitting abilities. The pandemic and lockdowns have not helped. Kaffe Fassett is a painter and textile artist, renowned for his stunning use of colour.
