Eleven years ago, in 2010, Dane Burman was crowned our Australian Skater of the Year and since then, Dane has steadily been adding to his long list of incredible skateboarding achievements. Dane grew up in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire, but he’s lived in Southern California for much of the past decade, filming with his friends in the Zero crew at heavy spots. He’s had seven regular covers of Slam, plus a Photo Annual, and two Thrasher covers. He’s put out a whole volume of insane full parts in Zero videos, winning the Video Part of the Year title in 2014 with Cold War and again in 2017 with No Cash Value Volume 5.
