Fujifilm Holdings to integrate inkjet printer businesses Fujifilm Holdings has begun considering the integration of inkjet printing businesses in Fujifilm Corp. and Fuji Xerox Corp. in order to cultivate the industry and business-use inkjet printer market. In the wake of the discovery of improper accounting by Fuji Xerox, the parent company is taking the main role not only of establishing corporate governance system but also the business operations. The company plans to integrate the marketing division of IJ printer business within this month by integrating Fuji Xerox’s sales team to Fujifilm Global Graphic Systems division, which manufactures and sells printers and printing materials.
