Canon, after an 11-year run, has officially ceased production of its original EOS M mirrorless camera line. With minimal prior notice and without much surprise, Canon Japan quietly relocated the entire EOS M camera lineup, including the content-creation-focused Canon EOS M50 Mark II, the robust Canon EOS M6 Mark II, the former flagship Canon EOS M5, and the entry-level Canon EOS M200, to the “EOS discontinued products” section of its website.
