BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP
Whether you’re hosting a watch party or a casual get-together, serve up this tasty recipe that channels the flavor of spicy chicken wings in a deliciously addictive dip.
Makes about 3 cups
2 cups shredded cooked chicken1½ cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, cubed and softened½ cup chopped yellow onion½ cup buffalo hot sauce*1 (1-ounce) package ranch seasoning mix1 clove garlic, minced2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsleyVegetables, crackers, and tortilla chips, to serve
1. In a 2-quart slow cooker, stir together chicken, Cheddar, cream cheese, onion, hot sauce, ranch seasoning, and garlic. Cover and cook on low until bubbly, about 2 hours.
2. Just before serving, stir in parsley. Serve with vegetables, crackers, and chips.
*We used Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Wing Sauce.
