Benedictine Deviled Eggs MAKES 12 2 tablespoons finely chopped seedless cucumber1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion½ teaspoon kosher salt, divided6 hard-cooked large eggs1 ounce cream cheese, softened2 tablespoons mayonnaise*2 tablespoons sour cream1 teaspoon prepared horseradish⅛ teaspoon ground red pepper⅛ teaspoon smoked paprikaGarnish: thinly sliced green onion, finely diced cucumber 1.
