A Current Event
But first, this message: I recently attended a music, food, and wine event at Mario Batale’s Del Posto, in New York City—the first Italian restaurant in 40 years to receive four stars from the New York Times. The restaurant’s private lower level is ideal for such occasions; I’d previously visited to discuss with management the possibility of a food, wine, and high-performance audio event that might attract some of the restaurant’s regulars, but it never got past the talking stage.
