Cannon’s Auctioneers’ final auction for the year is a three-day event that is online and will go live from Wednesday until Friday.
The first session, on Wednesday, includes a variety of Africana, Rhodesiana and war books. Collectors will be interested in Lot 95, an 1897 first edition of Bram Stoker’s Dracula, which is sure to generate international interest.
Collectors will find stamps, including a job lot of 19 Cape Triangulars; ceramics, including Royal Albert tea and dinner services, Meissen platters and Doulton figures; jewellery; and watches.
The second session, on Thursday, will start with the silver category, which includes EPNS and solid silver cutlery sets, silver tankards and Russian silver beakers, a Danish silver and enamel Queen Margrethe cup by Anton Michelsen.
