Baked cherry croissant crumble SERVES 4 PREP 30 MINS COOK 40 MINS 2 cups milk 3 eggs ½ cup cream ¼ cup caster sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 12 mini croissants, roughly torn 400g can cherries, drained ½ tsp ground nutmeg ¼ tsp ground cinnamon ½ cup toasted nut muesli, to serve Vanilla yoghurt, to serve 1 Preheat oven to 160°C.
