Do you like riding in a group or not? I’m always undecided. Sometimes, I think it’s lovely, group riding. It’s great following someone you trust, they can truly show the way, but then other times I just want to be on my own.
For many years I rode on events, particularly, with my dad, or my brother. There was always an unwritten rule – if we were close to home, dad generally led, mainly as he pretty much always knew the way, or where we were, whereas anywhere else, I took the lead.
