Delicious and Healthy Herbal Cuisine in Hida
Busuitei, founded in 1870, is a Japanese inn that prides itself on its cuisine. Located at the confluence of two rivers, the inn consists of three buildings, each with its distinct charm to accommodate one group of guests per day. Issui, a building with a pure Japanese-style guest room, was built in the early Showa period and survived two disasters. Many literati, such as the well-known novelist Shotaro Ikenami, have stayed here.
