What you need ★ 250g unsalted butter – chopped and softened ★ 3 cups of icing sugar – sifted ★ 2 tablespoons of milk ★ Blue food dye ★ Cupcakes or cake to decorate! What to do 1. Don’t try this at home, TGs! This month’s spotlight is on cliff diving world champion Rhiannan ‘Rhi’ Iffland. The Aussie athlete (and NSW local) grew up as a keen acrobatic trampolinist and started diving at age nine. In 2016, she was a wildcard entry into the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series. Not only did she win her first competition, she was the youngest female diver to ever win an event! Hi Remy! The first two books in the Surviving the Wild series have such powerful messages about protecting the earth. What was the inspiration? The initial idea came in the form of a little toaster-shaped elephant that popped into my head and refused to leave until I told his story. The environmental theme organically grew from that.
