Harry Potter pencil holder What you need ★ Craftwood pencil holder★ 15cm dark coloured Harry Potter fabric★ Orange acrylic paint★ ½ metre gold ribbon★ PVA glue★ Water-based varnish★ Paintbrush What to do Step 1: Paint the holder with two coats of orange paint. Make sure you paint both inside and outside of the holder. Let each coat dry before applying more. Step 2: Paint two coats of water-based varnish over the paint. Let it dry between coats.
