Motorcycle Holdings Ltd (MCH), one of Australia’s largest motorcycle dealership groups, has confirmed the strategic acquisition of key assets from the Peter Stevens and Harley-Heaven networks, significantly expanding its national footprint.
The acquisition includes dealerships in Adelaide, Perth, Sydney, Penrith and Dandenong, along with Savage Motorcycles Perth as well as Triumph Sydney. MCH has also acquired Peter Stevens’ BRP Sea-Doo and Can-Am operations, marking the company’s entry into the recreational powersports market.
