A new vegan eatery has arrived in Camden, London — Powerplant (powerplant.global), which is event and travel company Selina’s (selina.com) first outpost of its new restaurant brand. The restaurant will serve a range of innovative, delicious vegan dishes that are anything but boring. Following on from a successful opening, the brand will be expanding globally, with further openings hopeful for Washington DC, US, and Lisbon, Portugal.
Whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner you’re after, Powerplant can supply — with exciting menu items including the Falafel Waffle served with fresh tomato, fermented turnip, aubergine and cucumbers, in a mango curry dressing with onions, tahini, and micro herbs; Berber Jackfruit served with tahini and kale-slaw in a soft Yemen pancake, and Grilled Watermelon served with ‘feta’, oregano, and pickled onions.
