You can often form an impression about a celebrity by the flurry of chaos surrounding them. It’s not out of the ordinary for a famous face to brandish an entire entourage of publicists, minders, assistants, friends and clipboard-wielding helpers who hover about like well-meaning helicopter parents. It’s surprising, not least refreshing, that upon arrival at our cover-shoot set at the end of a long, dusty road, Elsa Pataky jumps out of a black SUV with a broad, beaming smile and, notably, just one agent. Her own dedicated entourage would arrive a few hours later in the form of her husband, Australian actor Chris Hemsworth, their three children – India Rose, Sasha and Tristan – and their energetic groodle, Sunny, who was an obliging model during the day.
