Alecia Beth Moore, aka the pop singer and songwriter Pink, says she feels her best when she finds time to meditate, which for her can take different forms, including yoga and journalling. Above all, though, she finds comfort in wholesome rituals. “If that’s just taking a shower and listing off what I’m grateful for, or if it’s brushing my son’s hair or giving him a bath, or making a cup of coffee – everything becomes a ritual if it’s intentional,” says Moore, who turns 42 this month.
