What is needed? Much harsher punishment, torture and death sentences for the perpetrators! A taser should even be regularly used in prison to inflict pain upon the perpetrators. This type of fierce treatment will serve as a deterrent to all future monsters. The South African law is too lenient towards the perpetrators. Their human rights cease after their despicable deeds.
