Minty and floral on the nose, with dried strawberries, candle wax, lemon, lime sorbet, and sweet vanilla. On the palate it’s pleasantly soapy, with dark fruits, crème brûlée, citrus, and bitter chocolate. The finish is mid-length but delicious. Well-integrated oak intertwines flavors of marshmallow and citrus. Overall there is great complexity and plenty for the palate to explore. It makes you want to keep drinking it, for sure.—DF
