JAPANESE FISH BURGERS AND FRENCH FRIES

WHAT YOU NEED
4 x 120g firm, boneless white fish fillets
¼ cup plain flour
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup packaged Panko breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil, for shallow frying
4 soft, white rolls, halved, toasted
Sliced green spring onion
Kewpie mayonnaise and French Fries Original Potato Chips, to serve
SLAW
2 cups Savoy cabbage (180g), shredded
1 carrot, peeled, shredded
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1½ tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
