Lydia Williams, 44, lives with her husband Chris, 50, and their two children, Amelie, 14, and Arlo, 11.
Every day, Amelie would come bursting through the front door, full of energy.
Her life was a busy mix of school, gymnastic classes, music lessons and athletics club, but she thrived off learning new skills, like how to beatbox, or setting a personal best in running.
In March 2023, Amelie, then 11, had just been dropped home from athletics when her friend’s mum mentioned that Amelie had fallen over a few times.
