It’s all laughs
Daily literary humour magazine Points in Case is looking for previously unpublished comedy articles, funny lists and jokes.
Comedy articles should be a preferred 600-1,000 words and can be satire, parody, observational humour, open letters or humorous guides or essays. Editors will be looking for comedy that is ‘smart, fun and eloquent comedy writing with personality or pizzazz, a strong premise and a clear throughline’.
Shorter, punchier funny lists of a preferred 200-600 words can be quizzes, reviews and other styles. They should have a catchy title and strong premise.
Jokes of a maximum 250 characters may be one liners, observations, deep thoughts or anecdotes on topics such as arts and entertainment, business and technology, life and culture, politics and religion, sex and dating. Late night ‘monologue-style…
