There is nothing to be afraid of, because He will give you the strength to break free from fear. Almighty God, I know You will guide me through the tough times. Help me to cast aside my doubts and face the future with hope.…

GOD SEES YOUR value and understands your physical and emotional needs. Faithfully go to Him and let Him remove your stress so that you can find rest. Nothing is too big or too small—whatever is causing you worry is exactly what He wants to resolve. Lord, help me to remember that I am worthy of Your love and care—not because of my actions and deeds, but simply because I am here.…

God wants you to see the full humanity and value in every person—to lend a comforting hand to those who feel lost, to be a beacon of compassion to those in the cold. God of grace and compassion, help me to see the precious worth of every person and to be a generous stranger who extends unusual kindness.…
