The German Shorthaired Pointer (GSP) is a medium-large breed that originated in Germany. Sally Burton was just 10 years old when she suffered her first seizure. Except no one knew what was causing her blinding headaches, uncontrollable shaking, and loss of consciousness at the time. Even the doctors were stumped, initially suspecting an infection, but the frequency and duration of Sally’s seizures increased, and she was eventually diagnosed with epilepsy.
